How do I book a car?
Open the booking app or WhatsApp us your date, time, pick-up, drop-off and passenger count. We confirm the car and a fixed fare before anything is booked.
Are tolls and parking included?
Yes. ERP, tolls and parking are included in the fare for the confirmed trip. Add-ons such as child seats or a midnight pick-up are listed upfront.
What if my flight lands late?
Your chauffeur follows the flight and adjusts the pick-up time. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing.
Can I choose the exact car?
Yes. Pick it in the booking app. If your group or luggage needs something bigger, we will suggest it before confirming.
Do you go to Malaysia?
Yes. Johor Bahru, Legoland, Desaru, Kuala Lumpur and Genting. You stay in the same car through the checkpoint. Each trip gets a fixed quote.
Is there a minimum for hourly hire?
Three hours for the Mercedes range and coaches, four hours for the Alphard, Noah and minibus. Full-day rates are published too.
